象山邨是荃灣的公共屋邨，屋邨平台及梯級採用本公司供應的 100×100×18mm RYOWA 人造麻石及 100×(100+50)×18mm 一體成形級咀磚；無障礙通道則鋪設 PINKERLY 300×300×(10+5)mm 過底盲人磚，三款圖案配套，構成觸覺引路帶。

RYOWA 樂華牌人造麻石歷史悠久，以仿天然麻石飾面著稱，長期為房屋署、建築署、路政署等政府機構及私人項目供貨，品質符合香港各項標準並經 HOKLAS 認可實驗室測試。外表大方雅觀、色彩平均，防滑度達 R12，耐磨性高；經測試可鋪設於行人及行車路面，非常適合露天廣場、緊急車輛通道、停車場、花槽、樓梯及球場等大型公眾環境。

根據屋宇署《設計手冊：暢通無阻的通道 2008》附錄 C，「很好」級防滑地板物料的靜態摩擦系數約為 0.8 或以上；本公司 PINKERLY 盲人磚防滑測試數值乾 0.93、濕 0.75，符合要求，並備有 AS 4586:2013、ASTM C1028-07 防滑證書及 BS EN ISO 10545-2/3/4、BS EN 101:1991 等測試報告；測試結果只適用於所提交樣本。

English version

For Cheung Shan Estate, a public housing estate in Tsuen Wan, Tai Fong Company supplied 100×100×18mm RYOWA artificial granite with 100×(100+50)×18mm one-piece nosing tiles for the podium and steps, and PINKERLY 300×300×(10+5)mm homogeneous tactile tiles in all three patterns for the barrier-free access routes.

RYOWA is a long-established brand of artificial granite with a natural-granite appearance, supplied over many years to the Housing Department, ArchSD, Highways Department and private developments and tested by HOKLAS-accredited laboratories to Hong Kong standards. With an elegant, even colour and R12 slip resistance, it is highly wear-resistant and tested for both pedestrian and vehicular use — ideal for plazas, emergency vehicular access, carparks, planters, stairs and sports grounds.

Under the Buildings Department Design Manual: Barrier Free Access 2008, Appendix C, “very good” slip-resistant flooring has a static coefficient of friction of about 0.8 or above; PINKERLY tactile tiles test at 0.93 dry and 0.75 wet, with AS 4586:2013 and ASTM C1028-07 slip-resistance certificates and BS EN ISO 10545-2/3/4 and BS EN 101:1991 reports. Test results apply only to the samples submitted.
