防滑度標準 DIN 51130:2014-02 簡介
DIN 51130:2014-02 是國際公認的重要地磚防滑測試標準。
測試方法：
斜坡測試平台
測試人員穿指定安全鞋
表面塗抹機油
逐步增加傾斜角度，直至滑倒

適用於：辦公室、大堂、學校課室、室內走廊（一般乾燥環境）
R11 防滑地磚
適用於：洗手間、廚房、飯堂、餐廳、游泳池邊（濕潤環境）

適用於：半露天、有蓋天橋、戶外公共區域（高度防滑需求環境）
為什麼我們不售 R13 防滑地磚？
清潔困難：
地磚防滑度越高，表面越粗糙，清潔保養越困難。
清潔限制：
高防滑地磚難以使用普通地拖清潔，且室內不便使用高壓水槍或硬刷。
人流量與外觀問題：
香港地區人流量大，高防滑地磚易積聚污垢，影響美觀。
建議：
請根據實際使用地點及清潔需求選擇適合的防滑地磚，不要單純追求高防滑度。
Slip Resistance Products and Recommended Applications

DIN 51130:2014-02 is a key international standard for evaluating tile slip resistance.
Testing Method:
Inclined testing platform
Tester wears specified safety shoes
Platform coated with motor oil
Incline angle gradually increased until slipping occurs

R11 Tiles Recommended for: restrooms, kitchens, cafeterias, restaurants, poolside areas (wet environments)
R12 Tiles Recommended for: semi-outdoor areas, covered bridges, outdoor public zones (high slip resistance areas)
Why Don’t We Sell R13 Tiles? Difficulty in Cleaning:
Tiles with higher slip resistance have rougher surfaces, making cleaning more challenging.
Cleaning Limitations:
Highly slip-resistant tiles (R12 and above) can’t easily be cleaned with regular mops, and indoor environments are unsuitable for high-pressure water jets or stiff brushes.
Traffic & Appearance Issues:
High foot traffic in Hong Kong causes dirt to accumulate quickly on highly slip-resistant tiles, affecting their appearance.
Recommendation:
Select slip-resistant tiles based on the actual usage location and ease of cleaning rather than solely focusing on high slip resistance.
