工程簡介 Project Brief

日出康城動感公園位於港鐵康城站 C 出口旁，是日出康城社區的主要戶外休憩空間。本公司為公園行人步道供應 230×114×50mm 黃色及鮮紅色陶土磚，以人字形砂基鋪砌，紅黃兩色交織的步道成為公園的視覺焦點。

陶土磚以天然黏土高溫燒結而成，顏色來自泥土本身，經年日曬雨淋仍不褪色，較一般石屎磚更有質感及歷史感；表面帶有天然花紋，防滑耐磨，非常適合行人道、商場外步行區、花園及噴水池等需要古典風格的場所。工程於 2024 年 4 月鋪砌，2025 年 1 月完成。

Tai Fong Company supplied 230×114×50mm clay pavers in yellow and red for the walkway of the LOHAS Park Activity Green beside Exit C of MTR LOHAS Park Station (MTR Contract Q077512), laid in a herringbone pattern on a sand bed. The interwoven red and yellow walkway is a visual highlight of the park.

Fired from natural clay, the colour of clay pavers comes from the clay itself and does not fade under sun and rain, giving a warmer, more characterful finish than concrete pavers. The naturally textured surface is slip-resistant and hard-wearing, ideal for footpaths, pedestrian precincts, gardens and fountain areas. Laying took place in April 2024 and the works were completed in January 2025.
